About The Authors

Michael S. Richmond

Michael S. Richmond passed away in April of 2022. He had been a member of the New Jersey Bar for more than 40 years. For 25 of those years he served as a Municipal Prosecutor in several central New Jersey municipalities. During this time Mr. Richmond also served as a Municipal Public Defender. After his service as a Municipal Prosecutor, Mr. Richmond worked in the private sector at an active municipal defense firm and later as a sole practitioner in East Brunswick and South Brunswick.

Mr. Richmond's legacy also includes educating practitioners. In addition to writing and editing this book, he had presented numerous seminar and panel discussions on municipal court issues, including participation in the Municipal Judges Conference.

Keith J. Burns was a solo practitioner in Woodbridge, N.J. He had served eight years as an East Brunswick Municipal Prosecutor. Mr. Burns passed away in June 2011.

When you purchase "Online Access Only", such online access will expire one year from the date of purchase.

Purchase of online access to a Gann treatise entitles you to a single user license subject to the terms of use. Under that license, only the registered user may access the licensed online treatise. Access to that online treatise by other individuals using the login name of the registered user is prohibited, and will result in the loss of the registered user's license for online access.
