Terms of Use

Purchasing online access to a Gann treatise entitles you to a single user license. Under that license, only the registered user may access the licensed online treatise. Access to that online treatise by other individuals using the login name of the registered user is prohibited, and will result in the loss of the registered user's license for online access.

Immediate access will be granted upon subscription to an online treatise, whether paid by credit card or invoiced to an established Gann account. However, invoices for online access must be paid within 10 business days. Otherwise, continued access may be denied.

Purchasing online access to a Gann treatise allows you online access for a limited time only. When purchased in association with a print edition, online access will expire when Gann publishes the next print edition of that treatise, no matter when such publication occurs. When purchased separately, online access will expire one year from the date of purchase.

EXISTING GANN CUSTOMERS: If you or your firm purchased the associated print edition of this treatise last year, then, to be eligible for the special reduced price for online access, you or your firm must purchase at least as many copies of the current print edition of that treatise as you or your firm did last year. If this condition is met, you are then entitled to purchase as many reduced-price, online access licenses as the number of current print editions that you purchase. To the extent that you purchase fewer copies of the print edition than you did last year, you must pay the full, regular price for online access. For example, if your firm purchased 10 copies of a treatise last year, and only eight this year, the first two licenses for online access must be purchased at full price, after which up to eight additional licenses may be purchased at the special reduced price. If print editions of the current treatise are returned, Gann reserves the right to cancel associated online access for failure to meet the requirements set out in this paragraph.
