Cynthia M. Craig graduated magna cum laude from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in 1973, having completed her degree in two and a half years. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University School of Law in 1979 and was admitted to practice in New Jersey the same year. Since 2004, she has been "of counsel" to the firm of Blume, Goldfaden, Berkowitz, Donnelly, Fried & Forte, PC in Chatham, New Jersey. In addition to the New Jersey State Bar, she is admitted to the United States District Court for the Districts of New Jersey, the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Claims. She has written and lectured frequently in all areas of personal injury law, especially including New Jersey auto insurance law. She is a member of the NJSBA, the Essex County Bar Association, and ATLA-NJ.

Daniel J. Pomeroy is a founding member of Mortenson and Pomeroy of Springfield, New Jersey. He graduated magna cum laude from St. Michael's College and with high honors from Seton Hall University Law School. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and is the youngest member of the College in New Jersey. His litigation practice includes the defense of insurance companies, health care providers, and individuals and corporations in personal injury, property damage and other casualty loss litigation. Mr. Pomeroy has tried to conclusion over 125 jury cases, many involving heavy, seven-figure exposures for insurance companies. He has obtained no causes on 93% of these cases. In addition, Mr. Pomeroy has argued approximately 60 appeals.
