Gann Prime

Licensing Agreement Gann Prime is a proprietary online product of Gann Law Books. Gann offers a one-year license to use this product. This is the minimum subscription term. You may be billed monthly @ $80.00/month; or you may pay the full year's fee in advance, with a 10% discount ($864.00). Additional users from the same firm pay only $50/month ($540 with the 10% discount). Additional users must order separately. Gann will make sure that multiple users from the same firm are billed appropriately.

Gann Prime is a single-user product. Use by more than one person constitutes a violation of this licensing agreement.

Do You Want a Second Copy or a Credit?

If you already receive a copy of NJ Court Rules, or NJ Rules of Evidence or the "Third Treatise", you may elect to receive a second print-edition copy or you may elect to receive a credit on any 'unused portion' of each book (for example, if publication of the next print-edition is six months away, you would receive a 50% credit.)
