Returns Policy:
Gann Law Return Policy (effective from 10/04/24)
Claims on books damaged or not received must be made within 30 days of shipping date.
Refunds may be issued for purchases, including online access, from automatic subscription renewals.
Store Credits may be issued for purchases made through the Gann Online Store and via Renewal Notice Authorizations.
All returns, refunds and store credits are subject to the conditions listed below.
Conditions for refunds and store credits
Store Credits or Refunds will be issued if all of the following criteria, where applicable, are met;
-Books must be returned in original, sealed packaging in a resaleable condition;
-Online Access Codes are unredeemed;
-Online Material resulting from the purchase has not been accessed;
-E-Books have not been downloaded;
-It is less than 30 days from the physical or electronic shipment of the merchandise, whichever is first.
If one or more of these criteria are not met, then the merchandise will be considered used and not subject to refund or store credit.
Returns to Gann Law Books are at your expense, unless the return is a result of our error.
